One of eps machine called batch pre-expander

1) This automatic batch pre-expander has a PLC and touch panel with a full automatic production cycle controlling filling electronic weighing, chamber temperature, pressure and level testing  

2) It uses an electronic weighing system and level sensor to control raw material volumes and expanded density, while ensuring density tolerances within 3%

3) With the adoptions of the German comparison valve (installed additionally according to the customer's demand and Japanese high accuracies of the decompression valve control the temperature and the steam pressure in the chamber, which can guarantee the stability of the pressure in the decompression valve export, thus the chamber temperature is controlled to within ±1%, also guarantee the consistency of the emanative raw material of EPS, and prevent if from agglomeration because of bad control of the temperature

4) Adoptions of the automatically pressure relief and stress facility, and electronic weighing facility, combining to the material control which achieves the task of self-filling, thus offers high efficiency and low labor consumption

5) Closed chamber keeps permanent pressure, and efficient heating helps save up to 50% steam compare to continuous pre-expanders

6) With a closed efficient drying system in the expansion chamber, material can be dried in the chamber rather than having to use a long fluidized bed

7) The machine has a fully automatic production cycle which controls filling, expanding drying, sieving, de-lumping and transportation to silo

9) Filling is done by a backpressure conveyor, which increase the filling speed

11) Because the electronics are put on the chamber, also the drying process is done in the chamber body. It has a compact structure which occupies a smaller area
