1) This EPS block molding machine uses a PLC and touch screen to control the machine's entire production cycle; including opening and closing molds, filling, steaming, stabilizing, cooling and ejecting
2) Solided with welded square tubing and profile steel, this machine can bear high expansion force
3) Use a blower for suction filling, cross steaming and cooling, and tolow water content of block
4) Mold cavity is made of aluminum alloy for fast heat transference
5)As optional, the machine can be equipped with electronic weighing scale for automatically weighing blocks, and transportation roller, and vacuum cooling system
